Bass Scholarships The College of Music offers merit-based scholarships to a number of incoming students. These scholarships are awarded for the four years of undergraduate study, and for two to three years of graduate study. At the undergraduate level, scholarships range from 1/4 tuition to full tuition. Scholarships are awarded for both in-state and out-of-state students. At the graduate level, Graduate Teaching Assistantships (TA) are available in both the Classical and Jazz areas. Graduate Teaching Assistantships (TA) carry a full-time tuition waiver for 6 credit hours of study and a sizable stipend. In addition, merit-based Fellowship Scholarships are also available for graduate students. The University of Colorado also offers scholarships for academic excellence and need-based scholarships.
